Is it normal for leaves to hang low?

my plants are very green but the leaves seem to be hanging low. when i stick my finger behind it and push up you can tell it has set its way like that. any suggestions?

If she's green, let her grow. That's my new motto. I have done the worrying thing and always overcompensate trying to fix things that should/could be left alone. Just my 2 pennies.

And that's better then over watering, so I would leave them be.

well i fixed the problem. i did a few things to the plants and now they are back to normal.i know it not a water problem. i water every 3-4 days when the pot is light. it was almost like instant growth. here is what i did. i flushed the plants and added some FF big bloom. i changed the way my lights were hanging. i stuck an aerator in the bottom of the pots for 5 min. i regret doing all this at once b/c now i dont no wich thing fixed the problem. i put money on it, it was the lights. just thought i would share. everything is going good now!!
