Is it ok to add nutes when topping up water to the reservoir?

I have a 30L reservoir which due to evaporation & transpiration is halved within a few days so instead of emptying & refilling it Ive been simply topping it up with fresh water BUT IS IT OK TO ADD NUTES OR SHOULD I ONLY MIX A NEW SOLUTION WHEN THE ENTIRE RESERVOIR IS FILLED WITH FRESH WATER?

if you check your ppm u will see that as your water evaps your ppm will rise making the solution more concentrated. I believe the rule of thumb is when you top off the amount equal to half of your reservoir to go ahead and change it out.
