Someone please tell me if it is ok that i waited a week, and then sanitized them again. Will they still colonize????
Is it ok to sanitize vermiculum jars twice!?!?!?!?

So you pressure cooked, inoculated, and pressure cooked again? Or you pressure cooked and let them sit around for a week and then pressure cooked them again? In the first case your spores are dead, second case I would imagine you're good to go.

Trash them and start over. You can reuse the glassware and lids.
