Is it possible to be allergic to spaghetti but not other pasta?

For as long as I remember, any time I eat spaghetti (any amount, large or small) I get this weird stomach ache afterwards (usually 15min to an hour). I realize I could be allergic to gluten, but theres no other pasta that gives me a stomach ache.

Am I just fucking weird?

im no expert but it could be the alergy to the meat or the sauce, could be the cheese anything, if the same pasta isnt giving u alergies in other dishes then i would assume its not the pasta

Almost all pastas are the same, from an ingredinents stand point. The different names of pastas usually means a different shape. It gives Italian people shit to do lol. What else do you consume w/ pasta in general? What ever that is, is more than likely to be the culpret.

That's the weird part. It's happened as long as I can remember. Whether I make it, my mom makes it, my mother in law makes it, or we're at a restaurant. Happens with plain spaghetti, spaghetti with sauce, spaghetti with sauce and cheese. I think I am just weird hah.
