Bad photo. But will go out on a lim and say 12 days from seed and on veg light times no it isn't. 12/12 from seed yes. Or from clone yes it is. A clone is as old as the mother it is taken from.
 
i seen someones thread on here who had a freak plant and pistles were showing in 4 days... what i learned, anythings possible with mary jane, ive seen so many sweet genetic mutations... like 2 plants one seed some crazyness

lol ive seen a few weird things but not like that. could be genetics like you said though
 
Often folks will mistake stipules (the two little green spikes at the node) for pistils. If they're green and not feathery, they're probably stipules. Both sexes have'm. cn
