Hello huys, hyd?

I just, maybe, certinaly overwatered my li'l sprouts. Could you help me identify it please? Could I "water" its stem (aiming to the roots) with as few as 20ml h2o2-3%/water (50/50) solution?

Organic mixture. 50% good soil dirt, 10% perlite 10% wormcastings and 30%pichmoss and coco coir
