Is it safe to harvest?

I don't have a way to view the trichomes and I'm not sure if she is ready to come down yet so I could really use your help. Based on what you can see from these pictures would you say that it is safe to harvest this plant?



I tried to make sure that I was able to upload some hi-res images so that it may be easy to view. Also what could be causing the yellow tips on my plant? I'm using CES (Cutting Edge Solutions) and the mix is based on a recirculating system. Thank you for taking the time to help me out.

what strain and how many weeks in flower? looks like they need 2-3 weeks the white hairs start to recede when getting close to rdy.

on old school way to tell if they are ready is if the hairs(not trichomes) turn color from white
