Is it time to defoliate?

I’m watching YouTube videos. And I see one of these guys cut the bottom leaves to increase production at the top of the plant. I just topped the my two leading stems that My first top created. That was about 5-6 days ago. What do you guys think? Should I get rid of these bottom leaves? And if so how much should
I cut

If it was me,I'd trim everything below the lower pipe cleaners..
And remove them 2 inner fan leafs on the first pic.

I’d probably pop off those two inner fans like genuity said. Where are you at in your cycle? If you’re in flower I would go for a defoil, if you’re still in veg I’d just let em chill a bit more.

Best of luck! They look great!

I’m on week 6 in veg. I’m in a 7 gallon pot, im trying to stretch the veg 2 more weeks . To give other plants to catch up

Stil in veg I'd leave the fan leaves but prune off any shoots that wont reach the top of the canopy.
I leave as many fans on as possible and only remove when they begin yellowing out. Family leaves provide photosynthesis and serve as a nutrient resevoir during flowering. Dont remove unless diseased.

Here’s an update
