I'm running a 250w on a royal queen seeds sour diesel, Dwc advanced nutrients sensi grow, about 16 days after seed,ph 6 n ec 1.2 and I've noticed this little deformity, if it's tmv it's a scrap job so please anyone with any knowledge let me know what you think, I'm in England and the temps are going through the roof but it's doesn't look like heat stress/burn i think lamp may be on but image is perfect quality, have just changed iit over to a clean fresh resavoir and will keep n eye n see if anything changes but any help appreciated hoping its not tobacco mosaic virus....

Some call it TMV.

I dont know enough to verify.

But my cut of Sour does the same thing.

As long as she well fed it doesn't affect anything apparent.

Its in the genetics of the plant...every once in awhile it will throw one of these leaves, it looks mosaic. Doesnt hurt anything.

I have a plant that has similar symptoms as OP and its outdoors. The grass beneath the plant is showing similar symptoms of plant. For example, variegation. The plant is not touching the grass, so any thoughts about the grass infecting my plant is out of the question. I have the plant on the cinderblock. Whatever is on/in my plant is "infecting" the grass beneath it via runoff.

I have done research on OP before this. Yes, while there is no documented case of TMV in cannabis, I know its some kind of "virus" because of what I am experiencing. Could I be wrong? Probably. OP it might spread to your buds later on as I have some buds showing variegation, like complete bleaching but these are not grown indoors but outdoors. Hope someone can chime in who knows what it is. Ive been seeing this occurrence alot more on here lately. Weird.

Word.

Theast thread that popped up about tmv in cannabis and asked if anyone could provide a link where a confirmed actual test showed tmv. Nobody could. Just random links to people calling it tmv.

I've had various cannabis plants do that and it doesn't hurt.

If it's not a virus I'm thinking some sort of pigment mutation or abnormality.

So this pigment mutation or abnormality can spread to grass? Also, I remember some guy on the greenpoint seeds posted a link about a confirmed case of tmv in cannabis in response to your reply. I never clicked on the link. I'll go back and look into it later.

No. It wasn't an actual confirmed case. Unless I am remembering wrong.

Did you show the grass?

It could be a type of virus in your case. Just saying I've seen it in some of my plants with no I'll effects.
 
I water with canna coco a+b and I never really looked at the grass. I was inspecting the spot where the runoff pours and I remember there being alot of blades of grass like thisIMG_1166.JPG
Now there seems to be few of them left. Like they died off. I washed that blade of grass just to be sure it wasnt dry salt and it wouldnt come off. I pressed harder but I tore some of it off but I breached the grass' cell wall and scrapped of the white inside. What do you think? Am I just ripping or what? I went around the lawn looking for similar looking blades of grass but there werent many that looked like it. It was more concentrated by the runoff area.

That looks more like damage from nutrient water. Looks different than the yellow leaf.

Watch the cannabis plant. Inspect thouroughly for pest and if nothing is found I wouldn't be too worried.

I've also seen yellowing similar to that from a bad bale of peat I got. The pH wasn't right. It was one bad bale out of four and nothing I did corrected it. I ended up just dumping the bale in my compost pile.

I had to dig the plants up and transplant them. It was much worse though.

I've seen a couple strains that do that with no problem.
 
If your saying it your sour diesel has the same I'm not too worried, tbh had a long time grower and he just said its where I've had the fan bang on it due to the heatwave, il keep an eye on it and keep it update, il do some photos wen the light turns off in an hour
