Is it to late in the year to start growing? The worst that could happen is they would not be fully grown and start flowering right?

i assume you mean outside? in most parts of the country it is a bit too late, but if you have starts or partially vegged plants and take the time to harden them off properly, they may make a decent harvest... the thing is that most of the farmers i know planted outside months ago... florida, texas, and southern cali; you may just be able to get away with it, though... there is always indoor, though... a lot of folks like indoor because they control the environment, pests ect... that and you can pull a perpetual crop indoors as opposed to chopping down a bunch of trees and having to manicure, dry and trim a ton all at once... it depends on what you want to do, each way has its own complications and benefits... but if you live in minnesota or manitoba, or boston, or maine, or michigan or the uk you're f---ed for outdoors, sorry...

No, not if youve got the option of bringing them in at night, the last 6-8 weeks my temps get pretty low overnight and most of the time i have to bring them inside to give them enough time to finish. Thats around here though, your temps may differ so w/o knowing that i cant really say. I bring em in if their is any frost warning or the temps start getting under 40f-45f for more than few hours.
