Is it true bud loses its smell if it overheared during the grow?

i read a comment online that if your tent had a period of overheat the bud loses it smell ?

Yeah definitely!, light and especially heat degrades Trichome's , gotta keep that eviroment in check for the best results possible..., strain dependant is not just a word thrown out there for excuses it's definitely true that some strains and pheno's love warmer temps and some absolutely hate it...running clones all year round i see this and ditch the ones that aren't up to par during winter and summer....i got one favourite clone that grows the same quality whether its 25c or 29 during flower, she is a beast.
