is it worth hashing a plant that was under 12/12 for a month?

Basically I had a plant that stayed in veg for probably 3 or 4 months in a container that wasn't very big, it had mite problems, all that is under control right now but when I finally put it into my flowering space instead of it stretching it's just kind of dying. The leaves have been browning and falling off like it hasn't had any water but it has been watered normally. I have other plants that look awesome and are ready to go so this thing is just taking up space, is it worth hashing? It has buds on it because it was kind of budding in veg anyway (18 hours of light but not as strong as it should've been). If so do I dry it first? Do I need to break up the buds? I'm used to just doing bubble hash on trim.
