Is led grow light good

I got this light https://www.ledgrowlightsdepot.com/products/viparspectra-tc900-timer-control-900w is this grow light good enough to produce a high yeild?

It's 390 actual watts. Getting a "High yield" depends on more than just the light, though.

There's the main stem so far 2 weeks into flowering she is foot taller than breeder says she will be indoors

I asked some one about the white stuff on sugar leaves around the buds it's on all the buds thought it was pm and others say it's just going to be a frosty plant
