Is my cfl set up ok or am i fuc***

I have 2 plants under 3, 23w CFL bulbs and i think they are soft white. now i didn't know before i went out and spent my budget on the bulbs that you need day light bulbs.. Are my plants going to grow or are they going to stay small.???? is my set up ok i have the three CFLs and one cool blue floro thats not pictured..

i have mine under 6 42W soft whites, and there doing just fine, just watch the heat, those puppies can put out some heat, alot of ppl will tell ya keep them 4-6 inches away when there still small, i always keep then 1 inch above no mater the size so they wont strech, but make sure ya got a fan pointing right at the bulbs

I figured i should be ok due to the fact that i had the cool blue hook up since day one but the only thing is i'm not seeing vigerous growth i get new growth maybe every other day in small amounts should i put so foil on the side to reflect the light towards the side of the pant????

FOIL BAD. mabee some white paint id ya got it. Your not gonna see alot of growth for the first while, the plant takes in light from the leaves, so if ther small there gonna grow slow, as they mature you'll see growth every day.Just because you cant see the growth, doesetnt mean the roots r also doing nothing, there growing as we speak. best thing to do is not play with them, let it run its own course, and things should work out

cool... i do see small amounts of growth of some more tiny leaves now that i come back home but one of my plants is turning yellow !!! could this be nute burn beacause i added nutes at the very beginning of me planting them because my soil had very little nutes that way i can control how much they get...

Foil is only bad for hid growing.

You will be fine running soft white, but in the picture you have I swear they look like daylight

Where in the hell am I grew with nothing, but soft white and is frow is outstanding.

Thanks for the advice... yeah i'm hoping they do good i pay really good attention to them. and i do notice that without the foil over my light ( because i choose to grow with vanity fixture) it looses alot of light because i can see hella light coming from my closet then when i have the foil as a reflector ..

You can also use those turkey aluminum disposable bake pans as a reflector, or even soda cans modified as relectors.

Honestly, you dont need the two outside bulbs on yet. One bulb right above the plant is good for the next 2-3 weeks while it vegs.

they look pretty blue to me, either way it'll be fine to use any 2700k-6500k for a grow.its just blue is best for veg and red for flowering but its not mandatory to have em
