Is my plant ready to harvest?

I’m growing some laughing Buddha, it’s been flowering for almost two months now and a lot of the hairs have begun to curl down and turn orange. I have a lot 30x glass but I find it hard to tell what phase the trichichomes are in so I’m not sure if it’s ready for harvest yet

Not even close. 4-6 weeks to go.

Your plants are also nitrogen toxic and probably retarding flowering. I'd reduce the amount of nitrogen you are feeding it.
