You can have all kinds of issues without enough lightIt’s 1000 watts but I think it only puts out 100 watts I can’t remember I have this one plus 3 little ones but it gets very bright if I turn up intensity & I keep my ph between 5.8 to 6.2 an intensity is under 25 since it’s close I can’t move my light up plug in cord isn’t long enough
What kind of light do you have? 10 inches away at 25% is no good imo, you should pull the lights up to around 28+ Inches over the canopy and crank the light to 100% power. If you’re running LED, I don’t think it’s actually 1000w1000 watt light but it’s about 10 inches away from canopy on 25% brightness

Use an extension cord. You're eventually going to have to find a way to raise the light.I don’t have enough height to raise it up 28inches I did a foot I turned it up to 65 & idk I forgot the brand
