Is my tent too hot??

hey guys can anyone give me a bit of advice please? I have just bought a thermometer not digital just a cheapo one and it says my tent is around 82f I have read that it shour be 65-78 will this extra few degrees make a difference to my little 9 day old seedling?? I have only just installed a small fan to blow the air round the tent will this help lower the temperature?

82 is fine, just make sure if using hps or mh that you don't get the lights too close to your seedlings... It will fry them

82 isn't bad. I've seen grow rooms with temps in the upper 90s that still grew some nice buds. Make the fan blow directly on the plants. This will help them to grow nice, strong stems and will also help to blow any hot air off the leaves.
