Is my weed moldy?

Hello all. I am trying to figure out if my weed is moldy. So I figured I would post here since I assume there are some people here who would know better than I do about the subject as I've never had any moldy weed and have only been smoking for a couple years now.

Purplish red starting from the inside is probably rot. It looks hairier than normal... In a bad way.

You need a microscope... If they aren't trichomes, it's mold.

Edit: good, dense nugs are the one's that rot D;
