Is plagrons light mix classed as a soiless or soil medium??

Hey everyone"
I'm just starting my 3rd grow which is chronic ryder from joint doctor plus auto purple which apart from its thc content I know nothing about it lol
With my last grow I fucked up and loaded my autos up with 11ltr pots with hot soil which I found out later was a no no when growing autos! So this time I've decided to go with a light mix so I could have more control over the feeding but I'm gonna need to find a good feeding programme, as far as nutes go I can go down the organic road or chem road wth stuff like canna and so on.
I have organic nutes plus chemical ones but haven't made up mind yet on which? I need to find out if this plagron light mix is a soiless medium or no? not only fo ph resons and everything else.
I'd be really grateful if I could get some feed back with this plus a good starting feeding programme and also alittle info on the strains im growing, I've looked alittle into the chronic ryder as a super auto plants but nothing on the auto purple strain. thanks guys for reading

Anyone know about this soil or soiless medium or not? I find it hard to believe that no one knows of any good feeding programmes at all??

its organic soil mixed with perlite so not soilless.
