is she budding yet?

So my outdoor lady had been doing nicely. She was looking a lil yellow on the bottom branches so I gave her some nutes and she perked up. Then I got to looking at the branches real close and it looks like they are trying to bud. Not too many white hairs, but small little buds. The plant smells like she is in the flowering stage, but she doesnt have a cola or a ton of hairs yet. I know she is a female cuz she has sprouted a few hairs, but not a lot.

Is she trying to bud or is this something else still in veg stage?

depends, they are probly jsut preflowers, they grow when a plant is vegged for a while, either that or it is infact begining the flower period of its life, dpeends on the photo period its getting
