Hi All, first time grower here.

GzcaUfe.jpg

Removed the seed casing yesterday by spraying lightly with water, no excessive force used. Still looks the same today though.

Is she ok? It's been like this for a couple of days now. Checked on the 12th around 5pm to see the initial sprouting.

Details:
Autoflower
Temp 21 ~ 26
Hunidity ~40%
Light Type HPS 250W (25" Distance)

Is everything right? Thanks

Nope it's doing allright. Try to flick of the shell.
I see you already took the shell of so just let it go in a couple of day's you will have a healthy sprout.

Thanks for the reassurance man!

Hopefully good things come to those who wait.

Ya she will be good. I've had shells stuck to water leaves til the first single blades came in. It'll be good. Just patience is key! Good luck, keep us posted!

I have had some problems with autos not releasing the shell and some times they will make it but sometimes the leaves have started to rot in the shell and the plant dies. I know that autos have their place but if at all possible I try to grow regular non-feminized photoperiod plants. I just find them to be much more hearty in the early stages of life. I find auto and fem seeds to be a little bit of a bitch to get going. Since switching to regular seeds I have had nothing but success. I hope your plant lives and good luck

she'll be fine. looks possibly nearly too dry directly around the base of the seedling. i use a mist bottle for watering when they're that young. slightly moist and not wet soil is the key. GL
