is she ready to Harvest?

Hi my White Widow photoperiod has been growing for 22 weeks, indoors uaing hydroponics.
She's been in flower for 10 weeks. This is my first successful grow, previous 2 taught me a lot but they didnt do well.
I think she is ready to harvest. What is your opinion please ?
