Is something eating my plants?!?!

Hello all.

I just realized few days ago some spots on my new growth. Something like "spots" on them and i thought it could be some excess or deficiency. But today i realized i started to have some "holes" on them. I was struggling with slow growth anyway. Especially one plant is very small on height compared to others. They are all popped through soil same day.

This issue is 100% on new growth and small-mid size leaves. There is no damage or anything on lower and mid leaves. All of them on top. I have huge fan rotating right to left in tent. It's on low setting but it's still powerful fan. Could be because of fan? Or some little bitches eating my plant? I don't have magnifying glass or anything. I will order tho.

But i thought if it's because of bugs, it could spread so bad in few days and shouldn't it start from lower leaves to upper leaves? As i said my problem is on new growth.

This two pics from first plant;

This is from second plant;

This is from third plant. This plant is always been very small (half wide and half weight than others)

And this is how close my fan to them and overall view.

Little more information.

I keep RH low. It's around 30-40% all the time.
Temp is usually 27C lights on 21C lights off.
Using 1mL calmag/L for each watering and feeding them 1.4EC.
No tap water used. It's bottled water.

If a critter is eating holes into the leaves you won't need a loop to see them. It's still good to have one. Just a magnifying glass from a store will work to see small soft body critters.
On my end, I can't see the photos, slow data today. But the thumbnails suggest a past nutrient deficiencies and maybe border line now.

I really did check stems and under leaves but saw nothing. If it's something smaller than i can see, i will wait for jewelers loupe.

First i thought some calmag deficiency. So i raised up 1mL to 2mL/L (company chart suggests 2mL but i was going half strenght).

But tiny holes makes me scared. Especially on third plant it's like something bite it so hard.

But older and lower leaves are very normal. I almost check every single leaf from lower to mid. Nothing there. But upper and new growths are damaged somehow.

Cal mag was my guess. All else looks fairly healthy. Cannabis does best, usually at full strength feeds. It's a heavy feeder including cal and mag.
