Is something eating seedlings?

Hey so seedlings are 10 days 22hrs and 26mins old. Look healthy in my opinion but have noticed slight deformation in middle leaves. Either that or somethings eating them. What do you guys think. By the way its only 2 and all others look healthy. Is my first grow. Thanks

Plant can have a bad day too, man. I get all kinds of deformed leaves, but the buds are peeerrrrrffffeeeeeccctttt!
