Is something wrong??

ok so this is my second attempt at a low budget grow. fellas are broke but neways my plants are looking droopy and have curled tips any suggestions would be great i need to fix this problem before i flower and before the problem progress'
o yea these are sativa plants my indica G13 isnt having the same problem

whats there watering schedule?

Looks like it has been overwatered

when the soils dry on top usually unless the leaves are curling up.. a few of them are curling up. figured its heat so i moved the lights up n watered
