thats a 600w hps and i was wondering if it was too close for the little one...the temp at floor level max gets to 90ish on the hotter days. the 2 big girls love it so disregard that please. any comments are apreciated thanks! also check out more info on my first grow via link in my signiture thanks againbongsmilie

You need it squared off really the light will be wasted with all the space put your hand over the top and leave it if you can leave your hand there it will be fine for the plant.
Also try and raise the little one so no shadow are on it good work :)

i use the hand heat test as well and its fine, even the bigger kush are fine. and the shadow area was done on purpose because of the fear of too much light or too much heat. i believe my problem is either too much light (ther may be bleaching going on) or underwatering...

do you have a fan blowing into your reflector? your light is really far from your plants dont be scared get a big fan blowing into the reflector to push the heat away and drop it down.

i have a suficant fan for that in use.. so lovebug even for small clones ther i could go lower with me light?

loooking good if anything you might be losing lumens being the light is at a distance but if plants are happy and you lever A or Lever B :))

you hardly need any light for clones. the plants look like they are budding though. just get a cfl for clones they really dont need much light at all untill they root.
