Is the attitude a safe way to get seeds in the US (non Legalized state)

I want to order from the attitude but I didnt know if i needed to be worried about customs stopping the package and getting me in trouble or if people even have trouble with them. I am in a state where it is not legal. Am I safe to order there? I just need to know because i cant really get good clones or seed at all from where I am from but want to go back to personal growing. Let me know! Thanks!

My last 3 orders have all been through attitude. I'd tried regular and stealth shipping. Stealth starts at $14 extra but well worth it if you have concerns. They'll reship if intercepted. Using them I've always received and in a timely fashion. The only problem they're having is they can no longer accept from anything with a master card logo. No problem for me I can easily use visa credit card or debit card. Good luck.

I've ordered through Attitude exclusively for the last 3 years and have never had a problem.

I didn't get my seeds from attitude but they resent them and I got them, they are reliable.

ok thanks for the replies i gather if they get caught are they just confinscated and thrown away, and nothing comes from it?

Yep. Never got any caught but from what I've heard they just confiscate, and tell you if you want to appeal the confiscation then fill out some forms.

I've used them for the past five or so years. Never had a problem..

Have them shipped to a friends house just in case, but I've never had anything confiscated thus far
