I have 2 pheno's and the one is horrible. I never labeled them. I wanna get rid of that one but I can't really tell without flowering
is there a way to tell one pheno from another in veg?

If you don't remember the past experience then you are probably out of luck, just clone the two and flower them or just flower both and toss the shitty one.
