Is there any thing wrong

Hey guys I have a unknown strain that I started and the leaves are yellow what is going on

What is it under for a light, and how far above the seedling is the light? Make sure you aren't watering it too much. The pot it is in should be very light...like to the point of where it feels like it has almost very little water in it.
