i'm switching over to flower on monday and i'm wondering if there are any preparations needed before switching the hours over to 12/12? any flushing or adding my bloom nutes the first day of flowering or should i wait til a couple days of flowering to add the bloom nutes, i am scheduled to water with nutes the day i switch so i could go with either nute i am just curious what you guys do?

I'd put the plants in a 24-48 hour dark cycle before flowering. Plants show sex much much faster this way in my experience. I'd also do a transition, like do 50% veg nutes and 50% flower as the plant still needs some nitrogen in early flowering as it has a stretch phase.

nothing special needs to be done before switching to flowering, however make sure you have big enough pots to accomodate the plants grows throughout the rest of the grow. (Plan on plant growing double or even triple its size during flowering) If transplaning, I would do it while the soil is dry, if not, you may have troubles with the soil crumbling when it's wet.

okay, i'm almost positive it's a female it has long white pistils on many nodes
Yea, but the way that it shows sex faster is by initiating flowering faster. It takes the plant a little longer to realize it should be flowering by just switching straight to 12/12.

Yea, unecessary stress that could mess things up. I'd transplant while vegging and wait till it's not stressed anymore then go to flowering. But 4.25 gallon pot is big though, you should be fine.
