Is this a form of nutrient burn?

Do you spraynyou plants with lights on, kinda look like nute burn or bleach spots from getting wet when lights on.
I don't spray my plants but I was thinking it might be from holding it up near my led light when in swapping to a bucket to check my pH levels ect, could that have burnt it like that ?

I thought leaf septoria was black spots kinda like mold. Maybe different kind of leaf septoria?
I think black is just more advanced. I've only personally experienced it with tomatoes outside. Started out looking like bleach spots, then turned brown, then black specks and dead leaf. Plants still grew fine and produced plenty of tomatoes but they were a bit smaller than unaffected plants.

I could be entirely wrong hence the IMO.
