Is this a Hermaphrodite?

Hey guys.
I'm growing two plants, double bubble strain.

About 3 weeks into flowering.

One plant is 7 leaf and seems to be growing normally, fully female.

The other plant, 9 leaf, was growing normally until 2 weeks ago when these little balls started to appear at the base of the flower (where the pistils are).

Other hermis online don't look exactly like this, for this one has bunches of balls and not balls that are a bit separated. (think like a bunch of grapes)

So I am wondering, should I let the plant be? Pluck the balls and hope she flowers well? Or kill it all together?

Thanks guys

Here are some pics, sorry for the low quality I only have a cell phone camera.

the 2nd pic is definately pollen sacks, the top is too blurry to really tell, are there pistols too?(little white hairs) if there are then it a hermie otherwise its just a boy.
If its a male cut it out NOW, if its a hermie, i always put em outside and if they survive you got some good partially feminized seeds.

Its definitely a hermi then. Tons of white hairs.

It will die outside for sure. Should i just kill it or pick the sacks off?
