I does look like a pollen sac to me, but its not open so you can pick it off and hope there aren't many more to come.

Yep, it does look like a pollen sac...Look your plant(s) over good for more. A trick is to spray them down good with a water mist if a sac or 2 has opened(with lights off or just coming on)...The water will kill the pollen. You'll still get a few seeds but hopefully only a very few.
