Getting ready to start 7th week. Have 3 other plants in tent with it, worry that if it is a hermie and I leave it they will end up with seeds

I still think your ok, they will be done before they have enough time to make seeds. You can always try and pluck any of them that you see.

What did you pick ? You may be screwed if those are actual pollen sacs
