I wouldn't remove the dying leaves just yet. When I have an issue with a plant, I leave the unhealthy leaves as a baseline to monitor whether the problem has stopped progressing or not. I'll remove them after I've rectified the situation. Also, magnesium deficiency usually shows yellowing of the leaves before they go necrotic. It looks like it, however the upper leaves appear OK....Did you add CalMag? Those lower damaged leaves won't correct themselves, so you may as well trim them off...Makes it easier to spot new damage too.
one is a reseed, one is a seed bank granddaddy purpleAre they from seed or clone? they are small to have that bad of a deficiency im thinking if they was clones maybe the mom was unhealthy. it does look like a mag deficiency to me but Ive never dealt with it outside of flower......i agree with spek9 leave the leaves for a base line...goodluck
