that plant has no sex yet, those are simply sub-branches/leaves sprouting out of the stem.
if you have placed them on a 12/12 liht scycle just be patioent, and they will show themselves soon enuf
u will see 2 long white hairs pop out if they are females, and if not u will see small balls begin to form if its a male
