That does look suspect. Is that the only one like it? I'd pop it off just to be safe. At most you lose one little calyx. Peace of mind is worth that.
 
I believe I found 2 more so yes I'm going to say it is and I looked over each bud and that was it. Just to be safe this lady is getting chopped. They were only at the very top of the buds. Think it's happening cuz a branch split a couple weeks ago. I believe I caught the nanners right away tho so hopefully it doesn't cause to much havoc. I'm close to the end so it shouldn't effect it to much.. hopefully. Thanks for your help I had never had a nanner problem before but from seeing pics online I thought it looked like trouble when it caught my eye.
 
Hold on, you are 3-4 weeks from finish. I'd pull that plant, pluck off all the nanners and put her right back into flower. Give her a visual inspection [for nanners] twice weekly and finish her up. I would only chop if you can't stay ahead of the nanners. Grow on...
 
I'd say its more likely nutrient issues.... that plant has badly burned tips and also quite yellow considering its not very mature
