Is this a normal stretch'

so planted Chocolate Mint og and went to 12/12 at 7". After stretch it was 32". Now I have seen stretching but I think this is a bit much. Opinions?? Thanks. Nutes are ph perfect AN. Was on GH 3 part veg, then Botanicare boom for flower. Had great results from that line up.. Waithing to see how finish is with AN's Magic formula. Did last with AN veg and Botanicare for flower. Buds were great..
