Is this a nutrient burn?

So I need some advice on my plant her, Note: I did transplant on this plant last week, can it be transplant shock? I did just recently brew up a 1/4 TSP in a gallon of filtered rain water, I watered every 3 times a day and mist it often. My PH is about 6 and have no idea what could I be doing. I also had the first 2 sprouted leaves fall off yesterday. Any advice would help.

Overwatering perhaps. I see no perlite for drainage and seedlings need very little water. And little to no nutrients at that stage.

I water in my seedlings I. Cups to runoff and they need no more water for at least a week.

After 2 weeks into a 1 gallon pot and again can go 7 days without more water needed.

That’s under fluorescents or a 315 cmh at about 75 degrees and 50% humidity average.

Drowned roots rot. Then you see leaf damage.

Let them dry out til the pot is really alarmingly light. Wait a day more if not sure.

And fast drainage is very important. It should not take long for water to drain out the bottom of the pots when poured through.

i agree and you have to stop watering that entire pot also. you should be watering a small circle alittle bigger than a quarter rite now and get perlite ASAP. it will help you with overwatering. for now poke a few holes in soil around roots to help them breath and just let the plant recover for about 8days .without perlite next week water in 7days and the week after that 6days until you start feeding then you should be able to determine when that plant like to be watered . i have a small plant i haven't watered in almost 2weeks

I want to add that it is ok to saturate the right sized pot. The key to a great root ball is proper transplanting.

These are all watered to runoff and then let dry even if it takes 10 days to feel very very light. Plants still don’t droop yet even when I pick up a pot and feel like whoa! It’s alarmingly light.

In ocean forest from taprooted seeds. Well water only used through veg usually.
