If you are just starting out I would compost the males. Concentrate on growing out the females.

Man I hate to kill it. but will they hurt my females? I thought they Were to pollanate the females like some

yes, in nature, but you want seedless pot don't you? Once the female gets pollinated, she puts her energy into seed production. Resin and terpene production will decrease .

When do they get pollanated? I dint mean to sound dumb but I really don't know. Are they pollanated now that this have popped out males?
