Is this bud going (gone) to seed??

I'm wondering if this is the look of my white hairs quickly changing brown because the plant is fertilized (I have no males, that's for sure), or, this is just the natural progression of the bud development. Thanks and sorry the pic isn't super crisp, outdoor plants -> wind makes it tough close up. TIA!!!

HOWEVER, I am now suspicious that the browning of top white hairs I'm seeing is NOT due to the plants going to seed, but rather a negative impact of my aggressive use of Actinovate to suppress mold. I've read at least one report of such happening to others.

the color of pistils has little to do with fertilization. colors change with maturity. your look great, and I see no seeds.
seeds will be in the small calyx found at the bottom of the buds, pick one off and take a look, dont waste it, they're tasty.
