Is this calcium deficiency?

Hey again!.... I know I ask a ton of questions it seems, (typical woman! Lol) but any ideas as to whether this is a calcium or magnesium deficiency or that rust fungus... and any help as to how to correct it as quickly as possible would be gnarly! This is my best plant... my purple queen. It's an autoflower. This is today... day 45 since germinating

Yeah or lockout due to root zone pH being off.
