Is this leaf discoloration from genetics?

Grows can throw wonky looking shit from time to time ..... twinning , variegated leaf ( racing stripes ) , mottling, irregular growth, asymmetrical growth , mutations , etc.

But in the end ... it all grinds up the same .

Many want to jump at mosaic virus / TMV , but there are many reasons why that type of leaf worries people.

As long as grow is on track , should be no issue.
Everything else is on track, the plants are 4 weeks old, almost ready to switch to bloom.seeds are femminised and i had to chuck a plant of the same batch because it was growing very thin and fragile, plant in question is a blueberry widow.
Second grow indoor, still getting used to all this fancy staff i’m an old timer outdoor grower.
Thanks for all the help

There's hardly and node distance or upward growth, the top nodes are making that horrible rosette style growth and the pale parts in the first picture say slight leaf damage from it.

It wasn't a drastic thing just that it looked close to the limits and he can afford some growth yet. He has already binned one I felt this would be a good suggestion.
