Plant strain is autorussian #2 , it is 5 1/2 weeks from seed, just switched to bio bloom nutes a week ago, its in b&q compost with a mix of vermiculite, perlite and garden lime.Under 220w cfls.

So does this look like magnesium or nitrogen def? or anything else.

Any advice appreciated.

look like nut burns, how strong is your nuts mix ? and did you do a flush before flowering/changing the nuts ?

atleast its not a nitrogen or Mg defiance both would show up in light greenish/yellow grow and Mg would also make your new grow curl and look odd

also, in flowering you should cut the nitrogen or go very low, what its need in flowering is more P/K, with a Auto I doubt I even would use Veg nuts, once the plants have used what is in the soil its already way in to flowering

Yep sure does slipon...like he said flush it after a week you can add something high in N but don't go crazy, use like quarter strength

That side of the plant has been placed to close to cfl and now they are bleached/burnt, expect this to reduce yield as the damage and stress to the plant is not localized. Raise the light and be more carefull in future.

Exactly. The isolation of the burnt leaves is a dead give away of a heat source. If this was a deficiency of some sort, it would most likely be visible elsewhere on the plant but, from what I can see, the rest of the plant seems to be OK. If it were nute burn, you'd see many of the leaves respond the same way.

More leaves are affected higher up also not just the lower ones, the lower leaves were at least 7 inches or more from cfls.

IMHO it looks like a zinc deficiency and usually alkaline water is responsible. (Actually it's the reason for many micronutrient deficiencies.) Remember that an excess of any micronutrient can interfere with absortion of other elements. Check PH, correct and if it appears not to help in a week or so, fertilize the plant once and then foliar feed until the symptoms go away. (Check to make sure whatever fertilizer you use has a complete balance of micronutrients). Good luck!

No way is your plant had it . Defoliate, Am not mega experienced but people will have varying views about the state of your leaves because it could be so many things. I would add 1 tablespoon of epsom salts to 5 litre of water and and give it a good water , take off all the badly damaged leaves and continue as normal. Might want to give it a bit cal/mag as well and a couple of feeds of grow nutes. People will probably slate this advice but have had a similar problem and thats what i done and it worked. Make sure that the dark period is 100% dark as well. Good luck !
