Is this mg deficiency?

You can notice the tips are slightly
curling upwards, and on the left leaf you can see the "tongue like curl" type thing I guess. Soil is mg organic. I'm sure many of you will bash it but I'm not dropping 60 bucks to have fox farm shipped to me. I haven't given it any nutes, so my novice guess would be a deficiency?

I had that...mine was a Mg deficiency... I used 1/2 teaspoon per gallon water (twice)..I used to give the ref... but some here don't like the "essay" they need to read so YOU read FAQ...

Ok I edited the original post with good quality pics ^^^^^ :

what's temp,Ph,air flow?
whats ya light,or lights and how close ar they?
My therm/hygrometer should be in the mail any day. Not much airflow, I might put a small fan in there. Lights right now are 2 23W daylights, here's pics of the setup:

I don't know about the ph, I don't have the money for an expensive tester, but the soil is MG Organic, which the ph is 5-7.5... and I water it with well water... which i don't know the ph of.. :\

I'm guessing heat issues. THere doesn't look to be a circulation fan in there to cool the air around the plant. It is too young to need any nutes yet. Try raising the light or blowing a fan right at the light.
pH pens are cheap on ebay, only like $25 and are a life saver. And a PPM meter as well. YOu can get a cheap one of those for like $25 too. They will save you tons. I know the MG soil is cheap and readily available, but if you drive a ways you can probably get it at a hydro store. Or if you spend $100 or so at a lot of places, you get free shipping.
You will be amazed at the difference you will see with the pH being correct, your ppms in check, and a quality soil. I used to use cheap soil, and will never do it again. Next time I'd suggest going to home depot and getting a bag of their "Super Soil" in the brown bag. Add like 30% perlite to it, and maybe some lime. THis will be a better mix than the pre ferted MG soil, and most likely cheaper.
Good luck.

Thanks for the input. First of all, I'm in a money crunch for a little bit, so I won't be able to get a ph tester, considering that just leads down a long road of investments. What I mean is this is only gonna be this one plant, it's bagseed, so it could possibly end up beign a male anyways. I'll be relocating in a couple months, so I'm trying to avoid investing too much. So basically the MG Organic will have to do, for right now anyways. I'm considering flowering in like a week, i need this grow to not exceed like 2 months... :\\

Does anybody have any ideas?

I added a small fan in there, and the lights are like 3/4 inches away from the plant, so it shouldn't be heat issues...

When leaves fringe up it is usually do to three things: 1) toxic nutrient buildup ; 2) too little water; 3) too much heat. I don't see chlorosis in your leaves nor brown spots on your leaf tips so I do not suspect Mg deficiency. I am leaning towards heat burning of leaves.
