if i get closer it gets blury but it almost looks like mold when it starts to grow on bread, am i crazy, what does powdery mildew look like????

thats what i think it is but much smaller just starting?? i noticed it on one other plant and just rubbed it off with my finger, what do i do about it?????

I did the same thing, i did it twice on one plant and i havent seen it in 2 days now this one has 3 spots, im wondering if i just cut the bad leaves off, hoping some one can help
