Is this mold or bud rot? Should I Chop Now?

I am into 9th week of flowering for this Prozack strain (80% indica) from Medical Seeds. Its an outdoor and grown without ANY nutes. Rain water and some homemade worm compost is all it got. Anyway, as seen, its more or less done but I was planning on leaving it on for another week as I noticed increase in resin production .. noticed a lot of new clear trichomes. What do you think, is she done?

Pics above were taken 2 days ago. As you can see, it is a healthy plant maturing gracefully. From my inspection, I did not notice any problems 2 days ago.

However earlier today, I noticed discoloration in one part of the plant. I looked closely and I noticed squishy browning bud. I freaked out and cut that small part out immediately. Can some one tell me if this is mold or bud rot (2 pics below)?

Rest of the plant looks pretty healthy. Should I just chop her now, or is it OK to wait another week as I previously planned? If it is mold, what are the chances of it spreading (even after effected areas have been cut out).

Thanks!

I've gotten that from budworms. Cut it away and keep a real close eye on it daily. If you get more, I'd chop.

I'll let it flower couple more days before I chop her. I hope the bud rot won't spread (fingers crossed).

That looks like straight Rot being generated from buds being too moist and not drying out.

When its from a Budworm you will see Worm droppings (poop) all over the area of mold.

True...but the moisture from that can cause bud rot. Whatever the cause, keep a close eye on things
