Is this mold or bud rot?

Could this be mold? I haven't had any issues with humidity but the original cola was super fat. I noticed this white-ish sections on the bud near the stem. I heard it could be from not getting enough light, but I'm not sure that's the case (using 1000w LED from Amazon). The outsides of the buds are mostly bright green. This is Original skunk #1 from Sensi Seeds.

It's not 1000 watts.

It's mold rot.

100% powdery mildew I wouldn't smoke that maybe make it into some bubble depending on how much you have

Can I cut out the white parts and just smoke the green? Or would that be too risky?

In theory you definitely can but you're much better off doing a nice bub wash , it's super simple just don't use the over the counter hydrogen peroxide buy the more concentrated stuff you can find in the most hydro shops or online for sure mix with water two

ne spish splash take a bath and done ! Shake and repeat of needed and shake dry and hang! Remember move your ari when drying but on on the bud it self
