hey guys doing my first grow have about 2/3 weeks left and just wondering if this is mold or just trichomes?

Might try giving us better pics so we can see the plant. I don't see what you're referring to. I do think you have a lot more than 2-3 weeks left tho.

i have added a better picture, the bud in the middle has lots of white much more than any other buds and I am concerned it could be mold
 
i agreee mold free . how much are you feeding it? i see signs of nute toxicity or over fertilization. those burnt tips are a clasic sign
