Is this mold?
Got a couple white bunches on the bud and some white patches on upper leaves.

Only plant that looks like this. Surprised it would be mold with

Edit: Ignore the nute burn. It has been taken care of.

Looks like light bleaching maybe?

I am running an LED, so maybe?
It is tough to find pictures online
Light was only a few inches from top so I raised it up about 8"-10"

Bumped the fan speed up a little to move more air, though if it is mold that might not be a good idea.

Pinched a piece off and it looked felt normal, with hairs growing through it. Except it was bright white

Thats definitely mold. You should chop it down and mail it to P.O. Box 9847.
Kidding, its light bleaching as @dlftmyers mentioned. I though it looked pretty cool though when I did it once.

No its no mold. White mold is found along the stem from the inner bud and you can see its happened with a dying yellow/brown leaf coming out of that area. If it was mold on the outer bud it would be brown mushy and the whole bud riddled with mold.
